Q Can I get samples?
A Sure, free for stock samples, only charge for shipping cost. Shipping cost can be calculated based on your address.

Q Can I customize my logo or redesign the products?
A Yes, of course. The OEM is available. Multi-color and pattern available as well. We still have our own design team. We will do the creation in your requirement and promise to give you an impression.

Q What is the lead time?
A It depends on order quantity, for stocks in available, it could be shipped out 3-5 working days. For OEM & ODM orders, the lead time is 15-30 days.

Q What is your after sales service?
A We can reproduce the goods if the mistake was from our side. If you find our some defected items, we can replace the quantity, based on your inspection report.
